Venetia started her law practice at Rajah & Tann in 2010, was one of the disputes practice head at CNPLaw (formerly Colin Ng & Partners) before joining Braddell Brothers in 2026.

Venetia has more than 15 years of experience advising on international contracts involving arbitration, energy, hospitality, investment, trade and transport.

Venetia has successfully argued as lead counsel before the Singapore Court of Appeal and lead counsel at trial in the Singapore High Court and arbitrations under SIAC.
