LITIGATION & ARBITRATION COUNSEL

Harnek completed his legal training at the firm, and he joined us as an Associate after his admission to the Singapore Bar in March 2026.

He represents private and corporate clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes at all levels of the Singapore Courts and in international commercial arbitration. He also acts for the Singapore Medical Council and the Council for Estate Agencies in disciplinary inquiry hearings.

During his undergraduate studies at the University of Bristol, Harnek won the BPP Speed Moot and also reached the quarter-finals of the Herbert Smith Freehills Moot. He also received the Head of School’s Commendation for Academic Performance in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Harnek is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore.
